FNB Namibia is recruiting a Private Banker UHNW, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- To proactively acquire new high net worth clients and develop, maintain and expand the client portfolio through providing holistic and appropriate solutions to meet client needs
Duties
- Identify opportunities to expand customer base with potentially profitable customers and provide appropriate banking solutions across the business to prospective clients
- Identify and utilize opportunities for revenue growth to deliver on sales targets
- Focus on providing optimal services and improving service delivery processes to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes
- Ensure the development, alignment, and implementation of end-to-end process within area of accountably for continued procedes improvement
- Understand the nuances of servicing foreign national clients, navigating residency-related account requirements with ease
- Travel flexibly and manage a dynamic schedule to meet the demands of UHNW clients
Requisites
- Have a Degree in Economics, Finance, or Investments Management. Post Graduate Dip Financial Planning / CFP will be an advantage
- Have 5 to 7 years relevant client facing experience, with a strong background in investments, corporate finance and private banking
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport (essential)
- Demonstrate an ability to navigate complex financial needs and solutions for both resident and non-resident clients
