FNB Namibia is recruiting a Product Manager: Trade & Treasury Solutions, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
  • To Manage the development of innovative Corporate Transactional Banking (TXB), Trade & Working Capital (TWC) product solutions and ensure that existing products and solutions are effectively delivered, optimised and provide organisational and client value
Duties
  • Manage the development of innovative Corporate Transactional Banking (TXB), Trade & Working Capital (TWC) product solutions and ensure that existing products and solutions are effectively delivered, optimised and provide organisational and client value
  • Ensure that existing TXB and TWC products and solutions are effectively delivered and provide organisational and client value
  • Manage and facilitate the product development process from concept through to product launch, maintaining a focus on identifying and meeting market requirements and achieving corporate business and product objectives
  • Manage profitability, review, recommend, implement enhancements to the product sets Act as local point of contact on Corporate Transactional Banking, Trade & Working Capital product issues for local sales and marketing
Requisites
  • Are a holder of a Post Graduate Degree in Finance, Commerce or Banking
  • A minimum of 3 - 4 years product and channel management experience or other relevant Banking and Finance experience
  • A strong business, quantitative and financial acumen
  • Ability to engage and persuade senior client stakeholders e.g. CFO, Treasurer
  • Understand TXB banking/payments and clearing capabilities
  • Understand treasury/cash management and working capital ratios
  • Have strong portfolio management and product development skills
  • Have knowledge of existing and emerging TXB and TWC product knowledge
