Team Member – Treasury Coverage

Description

• Job grade: C2 (Patterson grading)
• Improve the bank’s financial ratios through engagement with all stakeholders and the provision of timely, high-quality reports to executive management

Duties

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to promote treasury products and services
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate treasury solutions
• Work closely with other departments, such as risk management and operations, to ensure seamless execution of transactions
• Stay up to date with market trends and changes to financial regulations
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders

Requisites

• A Bachelors degree in a numerate discipline
• Relevant professional qualifications
• 2–3 years of experience in banking, particularly in sales within financial markets
• Skills & Abilities:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of financial products and services
• Understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
