RFA is recruiting an Assistant Human Capital Officer, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- To assist the Human Capital Practitioner: Recruitment and Remuneration with the operational Human Resources service provision with a specific emphasis on recruitment and remuneration
- Support the implementation and maintenance of operationally effective administration processes
- Support recruitment and selection and provide general personnel records and information/advisory support services
Requisites
- Recruitment and Selection Services:
- Prepare Job applications summaries for all recruitments
- Prepare job offer letters
- Assist on providing remuneration services:
- Assist with maintenance and updating of remuneration related policies and procedures
- Provide helpdesk function
- Payroll Administration:
- Payroll processing and maintain payroll records and reports
- Human Capital Administration:
- Implement and maintain confidential personnel filling system
- Manage the process of employee contracts, probation and leave application
- Compile Human Capital database and statistical information
Requisites
- Qualification Requirements:
- A Diploma in Human Resources Management or similar (NQF Level 6)
- A Bachelor’s Degree will be an added advantage
- Experience requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years’ relevant working experience of which 2 years must have been in a Human Resources administrative environment
- Valid Driver’s License
