FNB Namibia is recruiting a Growth Manager, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- To assume full responsibility and accountability for the regional strategy and growth activities of the Channel
- To build sustainable key relationships across all channels, product houses and segments
Duties
- Translate strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant projects / initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track and report progress
- Manage a national team of sales consultants to achieve their growth targets
- Identify and convert sales opportunities /leads to expand home loans customer base
- Achieve market share and revenue target by growing assets; from existing clients and by acquiring new clients
- Plan and execute national sales campaigns successfully and on schedule
- Manage external stakeholder relationships and engagements with estate agents, developers, valuators, lawyers, and other partners to drive growth / increase sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain a client-centric service culture which builds meaningful and rewarding relationships, proposes innovations and enables others to provide an exceptional client experience
- Track and manage customer complaints related to home loan products. Analyze customer feedback to help improve customer service, specifically identifying root causes and implementing solutions to address these directly
- Identify and drive efficiencies to ensure frictionless customer experience and optimized, quick back-end processes
Requisites
- Hold a Relevant Business Degree
- Have 5 to 8 years’ experience in sales and operational management
