Requisites
- Degree in Human Resources Management/ Industrial Psychology
- Four years’ general human resources experience
- Good knowledge and understanding of the Company’s operations and the inter-links of all line and cross functions as well as job, analysis, job evaluation and grading processes and training needs analysis
- Analytical skills, training, and facilitation skills, job writing skills, good communication skills (written and verbal) personal relations, evaluation, problem solving, change management and computer literacy
- Self-starting initiatives, assertive ness, persistence and consistency, ability to work with wide variety of people, independent and time management
