Agra is recruiting an Assistant Branch Manager, to be based in Grootfontein, Namibia.
Description
- The successful incumbent will be based at Grootfontein and report to the Branch Manager
Duties
- Assisting the Branch Manager with the following:
- Taking ultimate responsibility for all aspects of branch management
- Accountable for sales, gross profit and net profit
- Responsible for management of stock: availability, short and excess stock
- Controls costs (general expenses)
- Manages clients and ensures customer satisfaction
- Ensures effective and efficient people management and development
- Responsible for the branch & fuel station (shopping experience, facility management etc.)
- Minimises debtors’ days outstanding
- Effectively manages specials and promotions
Requisites
- Namibian citizenship
- A tertiary qualification (B.Com or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or Business Administration)
- Minimum of 5 years related experience
- Must have experience in people management
- Proficiency in English
- Computer Literacy (Sage X3 & MS Office with specific regard to Excel)
