FNB Namibia is recruiting a Vendor Management Specialist, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- To ensure the development and continuous value add improvement to operational processes
- To enhance build and maintain relationships with third party vendors and partners
Duties
- Report on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making
- Analyze financial statements of corporate clients with specific focus on viability, growth prospect and cash flow
- Manage outstanding collateral documents on approved facilities by diligently logging in, tracking outstanding securities, liaise with Securities
- Department to ensure all securities are in place to minimize risk to the bank
- Execute sound administration to mitigate risks associated with lending are managed and that it complies with credit and operational risk frameworks
- Finalize signed-off applications, update and maintain credit files, prepare credit correspondence and monitor Limit Diary
Requisites
- Have a Degree, Diploma or Equivalent Qualification in Information Technology with relevant specialisation in IT Service Delivery, Business Management or Supply Chain Management
- Have a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience specializing in IT vendor management and/or contract management
