Bokomo is recruiting a Clerk: Telesales, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- Reporting to the Manager: Sales Operations, the incumbent will be required to:
Duties
- Execute sales objectives against agreed standards
- Accurate and timeous sales order capture and administration
- Orders to be checked, processed and verified
- Verification of Pricing, Deals and Blocking of Orders
- Communicate pricing issues to relevant Key Account parties and follow up on resolution before cut off that same day
- Responsible to close all open orders after invoicing
- Follow up on Orders and payments
- Make outgoing calls to customers to advise them of products and services that may be of interest to them
- Update customer data in our system
- Process pertinent sales transactions and contracts for the sale of goods or services
- Explain products and service features to clients
- Pass on leads to the outbound sales team if applicable
- Upsell and cross-sell other products that may be useful for clients
- Understand the customers’ needs and tailor the service to their needs
- Follow-up calls with emails if required
- Verification of Control Sheet and Orders processed
- Handling of customer queries
Requisites
- Qualification and Preferred Traits:
- Valid Grade 12
- At least two (2) years’ experience in Telesales and Order Capturing in the FMCG environment
- Proficient communication abilities
- Competent in computer usage and telephone etiquette
- Capable of effective communication with customers and colleagues
- Demonstrates adept problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with SAP software is a beneficial asset
