FNB Namibia is recruiting a Branch Administrator, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
  • To implement and manage operational policies, procedures, risk and compliance processes for a branch environment to mitigate risk and improve operational efficiencies while ensuring excellent customer experiences and satisfaction
Duties
  • Manage risks in own area of responsibility
  • Provide input into the development of the tactical strategy, and develop and implement a supporting operational strategy
  • Grow branch profitability through advances, liabilities, assets and non-interest revenue
  • Retain and grow the active customer account base through sales support efficiencies
  • Manage and oversee full branch business process in accordance to FNB Namibia Points of Presence strategic deliverables to continuously improve quality and service delivery
Requisites
  • Have a Degree in Banking or Finance
  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar environment of which, 2 to 3 years at a junior management level
