FNB Namibia is recruiting a Merchant Custodian, to be based in Ondangwa, Namibia.
Description
- To provide customers with appropriate self-service banking solutions, service and support through effective sales and migration of clients to alternative channels
Duties
- Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialisation
- Ensure strategy excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined performance goals and set standards in the role
- Achieve volume growth targets in acquiring new merchant clients and maintaining high levels of service and support to clients to contribute to profit and growth of business
- Achieve the growth of active merchant clients and number of transactions from our merchant base to growth the net profit for the business
- Provide an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information
Requisites
- Have a Grade 12 Certificate
- Have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar environment
