FNB Namibia is recruiting an Administrator, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- Provide efficient and effective administration support to ensure the smooth running of a functional area
Duties
- Deliver customer service through adherence to quality service standards
- Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialisation
- Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards
- Report on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making
- Provide an administration service that meet time and quality standards and includes reporting and updating of all relevant information
Requisites
- A pass in Grade 12
- 2 – 4 years relevant work experience in similar environment
- Experience with Hogan (Banking Experience)
- Ability to work without any supervision
- Computer literacy (word, excel, e-mail)
- Good planning, Organizing skills
- Diploma in Criminal Justice & Forensic Investigations or related qualifications, an added advantage
- Knowledge of Criminal Procedure Act, Money Laundering act will be a definite advantage
- Exhibit integrity in dealing with confidential information
