• Information Communication Technology Technician (GRADE C3)
• Reporting to: Head of Finance and Administration
• Purpose: To ensure that technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software

Duties

• Problem Solving and Maintenance
• Manage Service Requests and Incidents
• Software Management
• Hardware Management
• Business Continuity
• Network Management
• Team Collaboration

Requisites

• Qualifications and Experience:
• A National Diploma in ICT or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution (NQF Level 6)
• Three (3) years’ relevant working experience in a similar environment
• Other Competencies:
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Monitoring and evaluation skills
• Computer and systems proficiency skills
• Analytical, Conflict management skills
• Organising and Report writing skills
• Other Requirement:
• Driver’s Licence
• Cisco Certified
• A+, N+, ITIL or COBIT
