Description

• ROBOTICS PROCESS AUTOMATION (12 MONTHS CONTRACT) – STRATEGY, PROJECTS, AND TRANSFORMATION DEPARTMENT
• (P1)

Duties

• Design and develop automation solutions and build robust automation workflows using RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism or Power Automate; Ensuring that automated solutions are reliable, scalable, and easy to maintain • Interpret written business requirements and technical specifications to ensure solutions that are developed and deployed are in line with the requirements of the end-users
• Document automation processes, including their technical specifications, such as inputs/outputs, logic, and dependencies
• Provide technical assurance across all stages and iterations of intelligent automatons to ensure the technical debt is minimised during design, development, and implementation by conducting best practice peer reviews
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution to automations to restore availability within the agreed service level agreements
• Integrate RPA solutions with other applications/systems with the organisation using APIs, web services to ensure smooth and continuous communication between various applications/systems
• Deploy software robots to automate repetitive tasks
• Monitor and update robots as necessary to adapt to changing processes and requirements
• Conduct thorough and rigorous testing of automation workflows in the quality assurance environments, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and strict adherence to business rules
• Simultaneously perform integration testing and ensure no errors are produced during and after deployments
• Prepare reports summarizing automation trends and performance, to enable the organisation to optimise and/or decommission automations
• Maintain audit trails, version controls, and clear records of automations
• Develop solutions in accordance with the agile methods such as scrum, and kanban to ensure transparency and efficiency as part of the agile delivery team
• Perform tasks as required or delegated by the Line Manager
• Keep up to date with the latest developments and trends in the field locally and internationally to remain relevant and recommend changes accordingly

Requisites

• B-Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Agile/Scrum Framework Certifications
• Developer Certification in RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate)
• At least 3-5 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in UiPath and / Or Blue Prism highly preferred
• Power Automate will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Database types (SQL & NoSQL)
• Good application of RPA within AI/ML solutions
• Well-versed with Microsoft Technology Stack (i.e.,SharePoint Platform, Power BI, Power Apps)
• Proficient in Programming languages (Python, C#) will be added advantage
