Financial Manager

Description

• To oversee and report on monthly reconciliation status of all balance sheet accounts for the Bank, oversee operations of the BAS II system and ensure all relevant balance accounts have been loaded on the system for all cost centres and are reconciled on a timely basis

Duties

• Ensure optimal allocation of financial resources in order to maximise shareholders return
• Implement business performance and risk management frameworks and relevant risk methodologies to reduce operational losses
• Provide financial analytics and insights to the Business to make informed decisions
• Provide and submit correct financial reporting

Requisites

• Have a Charted Accountant Qualification
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior specialist level
