Description
  • To perform all assigned administrative tasks related to NamPost training and organisational development
Duties
  • Training records and statistics
  • Coordination of internal and external training workshops
  • Administration of bursaries and study loans
  • Office administration
  • Secretarial duties
Requisites
  • Educational and Experience:
  • A Grade 12 with 2 (two) years relevant administrative experience
  • Skills and Knowledge:
  • Basic knowledge of Labour Act
  • Ability to work independently
  • Computer Literacy
  • Accuracy
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to keep information confidential
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Computer Literate
  • Personality Requirements:
  • Customer Orientated
  • Friendly
  • Helpful
  • Honest Reliable
  • Punctual
