Description
  • Responsible for effective and efficient execution of back office routine administration
Duties
  • Routine Administration:
  • Responsible for effective and efficient execution and control of all back office routine administrative activities in compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, rules and regulations
  • Service Delivery:
  • Provide excellent and timeous service to relevant internal stakeholders in order to optimize service delivery to external clients
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer such opportunities and leads to the correct person or department involved
  • Operational Risk:
  • Responsible for effective and efficient execution/application of all back office routine administrative activities in compliance with the Bank’s internal processes and procedures, operational manuals and circulars in order to minimize operational risk
Requisites
  • Experience/Knowledge/Skills Required:
  • Adequate knowledge of Banks products and services, sales and administration
  • Strong computer skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good planning and organising skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Qualification:
  • A qualification in the Commercial field
