Description
- To provide effective and efficient Teller services to clients
Duties
- Routine Administration:
- Ensure effective and efficient execution and control of all frontline administrative activities related to Teller in compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, rules and regulations
- Service Delivery:
- Provide excellent and timeous service in order to optimize client experience and satisfaction
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer such opportunities and leads to the correct person or department involved
- Operational Risk:
- Ensure effective and efficient execution of internal processes and procedures related to Teller in compliance with the Bank’s operational manuals and circulars in order to minimize operational risk

Requisites
- Knowledge/Expertise/Skills:
- Adequate knowledge of Banks products and services, sales and administration.
- Knowledge of the system, processing activities, client service, products, practices and principles.
- Accuracy
- Self-confidence and interpersonal skills
- Procedure manuals of bank
- Passion to work with numbers
- Strong computer skills
- Qualifications:
- Grade 12, preferably in Accounting and Mathematics with 1 years banking experience
- Certificate in Banking will be an added advantage
