Old Mutual is recruiting a Sales Manager, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- This position is based in Windhoek – Mutual Tower
- This is a sales management role (N) accountable for an existing and experienced team (15 – 18)
- The successful incumbent will have to ensure the team’s profitability by managing results, resources and risks within the framework of the business plan for the team
Duties
- Managing the application of PFA’s sales process
- Managing the existing business processes (i.e. conservation, outstanding business, financing, administration and client care)
- Interacting with successful and demanding financial advisors
- Coaching and development of financial advisors
- Building and sustaining a productive team
- Assist with General Practice
- Recruitment into Team of Quality Established Advisors
- Recruit into Academy team to ensure you have pipeline of Graduate Advisors
- Development and Implementation of a Local Marketing Plan
Requisites
- Must have a degree or equivalent (NQF7) in Sales or Management
- Must have at least 24 month’s service / experience as a Financial Advisor
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager is preferable
- Have strong administrative capabilities
- Must have a deep passion to train, coach and develop young individuals
- Should be comfortable in applying the sales process
- Should be able to apply the six-step financial process
