Description
- To deliver optimal support towards processes and procedures in the nursing unit
Duties
- Perform administrative duties
- Assist with patient administration related functions
- Control pharmaceutical stock
- Deliver a reception service
Requisites
- Essential Minimum Experience:
- Grade 12 (with computer literacy subjects or an additional computer literacy certificate
- Desired Experience:
- Reception / Secretarial /Personal Assistant / Administration training
- Desired Education:
- Administrative experience in a healthcare setting
- Required Skills:
- Recordkeeping
- Office management
- Compliment and complaints management
- Telephone etiquette
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Data capturing
