Description

• Woermann Brock, a leading Namibian retail group, has Regional Manager Positions available in the Central (Windhoek) and Mid North

Duties

• Analyze information regularly to identify non-compliance and take corrective action
• Qualified and experienced Namibian citizens who are interested in building a career in a well-established business and meet the requirements listed below are invited to apply
• The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of branches reporting to the incumbent
• The goal is to ensure profitability and growth of the customer base by providing a clean, fresh, and attractive environment with an effective supply of the right stock at competitive prices
• The Regional Manager must also assess the operational practices of all stores in the area, ensuring compliance with marketing and sales campaigns and budget, sales, and profit targets
• The position also involves managing human resources for the region in line with policy

Requisites

• Passed Grade 12
• Tertiary qualification is an advantage
• At least 5 years of experience in branch management in retail or a similar environment, with 3 years at a senior management level
• Experience in conducting investigations and preparing disciplinary and performance review
• Familiarity with financial reporting documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail-specific systems
• Strong numeracy and English language skills
