Bokomo is recruiting a Clerk: Ordering, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- Clerk: Ordering will be responsible for the Daily execution of order capturing objectives in line with agreed sales standards and service levels
Duties
- Execute sales objectives against agreed standards
- Accurate and timeous sales order capture and administration
- EDI orders to be checked, processed and verified
- Escalate problems immediately to Manager: Sales Operations
- Verification of Pricing, Deals and Blocking of Orders
- Communicate pricing issues to relevant Key Account parties and follow up on resolution before cut off that same day
- Responsible to close all open orders after invoicing
- Follow up on Orders
- Verification of Control Sheet and Orders processed
- Handling of customer queries
- Support receptionist when and where required
- Support Sales administrator when and where required
- Work in close co-operation with Key Accounts, Field Sales, Planning & Replenishment and Demand Chain Departments to ensure high customer service levels
Requisites
- A valid Grade 12
- At least two (2) years’ experience in Administration or Order Capturing in the FMCG environment
- Good communications skills
- Computer literate
- SAP experience will be an added advantage
