Description
- Komatsu Namibia (Pty) Ltd has an exciting position in our Finance and Admin office in Swakopmund for a strong Administrator who will execute secretarial and general office admin with one years work experience
Duties
- Reception:
- Plans daily routine & breaks
- Receives & welcomes guests, customers & visiting staff
- Checks that reception area is always clean & tidy
- Reports any incidents / deviations / strange situations to leadership
- Assists with travelling and accommodation
- Adhoc duties
- Switchboard:
- Plans daily routine & breaks
- Provides switchboard operation services
- Monitors and confirms that equipment is fully functional
- Reports on anomalies / mal functioning of equipment
