Description
- To provide superior client service through regulated processes and procedures and to deliver team results through enabling others
Duties
- Perform financial performance reviews (funding ratios)
- Manage interest rate risk in the banking book
- Funding liquidity risk analysis
- Monitoring of foreign exchange translation risk
- Assist in bank stress testing
- Depositor concentration analysis
- Positioning the bank for Basel III (LCR and NSFR) implementation
- Contractual funding gap analysis
- Business as usual Gap reporting
- Assist in drafting and reviewing of ALCO related policies
- Compilation of ALCO pack
- Managing relationship with various internal and external stakeholders
- Provide assistance to auditors and respond/resolve audit findings proactively
- Ensuring that deadlines are strictly met

- Essential Qualifications - NQF Level:
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
- Minimum Experience Level:
- Financial Modeling and Valuation Analysis (FMVA) certificate will be an added advantage
- Accounting background and experience/track record in a regulatory reporting role
- Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Financial Industry experience is essential
- Preferred Qualification:
- Grade 12 (25 Points) B.Tech (Accounting, Finance) or any other relevant degree
