Nedbank is recruiting a Branch Controller, in Walvis Bay, Namibia.
Description
- To provide world class service by attending to Teller/Enquiries/Sales Support transactions, Treasury movements and by referring cross sell opportunities to sales staff, provide risk related operational support to the business unit, ensuring conformance to mitigate risk and enhance service levels
Duties
- Customer Service – Resolve customer complaints timely and professional
- Overall responsible for the sound working environment and supervision of Tellers, Enquiries and Sales Support staff
- Treasury and ATM Custodian – Managing acceptable ATM uptime levels
- BROTA Management
- Responsible for various administrative tasks
- Processing and balancing Teller treasury and bank stocks holdings
- Responsible for month- end reconciliations and daily balancing of suspense accounts
- Administration of Card Stock - Enquiries
- Checking and authorizing of all Teller/Enquiries & Sales Support transactions
- Daily branch control reports
- Control and Management of Customer account records
- Daily branch control reports
- Manage branch expenses and wardrobe Management
Requisites
- Essential Qualifications - NQF Level:
- Diploma
- Minimum Experience Level:
- Grade 12 (25 points) original certified or a Diploma in Business/Banking related studies
- The applicant must have Five (5) years banking experience with a strong knowledge of branch administration procedures
- Must be willing to work on some Saturdays and be on standby to manage ATM Uptime
