Description
- The successful incumbent will provide effective and efficient support and office administration to the Affluent sales force of Sanlam
Duties
- Administer contracting, alterations and resignations of advisors and brokers
- Facilitate the transfers of advisors and brokers among branches
- Accounting administration of marketing transactions
- Facilitate financing for advisors and brokers during cut-off period
- Handle queries and orders of promotional gifts
- Facilitate cheque payments to advisors and brokers
Requisites
- Grade 12
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience related to the duties and responsibilities
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent English (verbal & written) language skills; and/or additional local Namibian language will be a competitive advantage
- Microsoft Office; Company’s software
- Detail-oriented; Good interpersonal skill, time management and multi-tasking
- Administrative oriented; Problem identification and problem solving skills; Assertive, pro-active, tactful and polite
- Accurate, organised and Client Service focused
