RFA is recruiting a Strategy and Project Officer, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- To ensure that RFA Corporate Strategy and strategic projects are coordinated and completed on time and within budget
- Responsible for planning of the day-to-day coordination of projects within the office of the CEO and across the RFA
- Monitor and report on strategy and projects implementation and keep relevant stakeholders informed

Duties
- Coordination of Strategy and Projects:
- Develop project scopes and objectives involving all stakeholders
- Assist with drafting and in consultation with other divisions RFA strategy and plans
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Delivering of Projects:
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
- Scheduling stakeholders meetings and facilitating communication between CEO and stakeholders
- Financial Management:
- Responsible for compilation and supervision of the annual CEO office budget
- Monitor budget upon approval
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with external stakeholders (Government, RA, Police, Banks, Consultants) on mutual projects
- Liaise, communicate and provide feedback to stakeholders on projects status
- Advisory Services:
- Provide technical advice to the CEO on project status and strategy
- RFA Strategic Plan:
- Track the performance of RFA on the approved and current Strategic Plan
Requisites
- Qualification Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in the fields of Civil Engineering or Business Administration with strategy and/or project management specialisation
- Namibia Qualification Framework (NQF) Level 7
- A masters degree will be an added advantage
- Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of ten (10) years relevant working experience with at least five (5) in a strategy and administration capacity
- Project Management professional preferred
