FNB Namibia is recruiting a Procurement Coordinator, in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- Coordinates the procurement process within the organisation
Duties
- Obtain approved requests from Group management to procure products or services
- Solicit quotations from potential suppliers according to approved requests
- Forward requests and quotations to management for approval
- Receive approved quotations and load requisitions on the system for purchase order to be generated
- Send purchase order to requesting line management and suppliers to give effect to the purchasing commitment
- Follow up with management as regards approval of requisitions and with suppliers as regards delivery of goods/service in order to ensure timeous delivery
- Where relevant, receive IT goods and monitor inventory of FNB Holding warehouse until the goods are dispatched to the various Group businesses and branches
- Inform Manager Procurement of equipment or furniture not in stock at warehouse for further action
- Attend to queries from internal and external clients
- Manage all office related administration
Requisites
- Grade 12
- 5 years related experience
