Description
- To provide strategic HR leadership for the HR function
- To direct and influence the development and consistent implementation of human resources strategies, policies and practices to support and achieve corporate business objectives
- To direct and influence the development, implementation and coordination of Human Resources programs covering employment, placement, orientation, training, employee relations, remuneration, organizational development, safety & wellness, benefits and employee services
- Patterson Job Grade E1
- Five (5) Years Fixed Term Contract
Duties
- Direction of the operations of Human Resources function
- Facilitation of development and implementation of HR Strategy
- Management of HR management strategy
- Management of Human Resources functional
- Management of a Divisional Budget
- Direction of development of policies and procedures
- Supporting the formulation and implementation of corporate strategy
- Direction of the implementation of performance management system and alignment with strategy
Requisites
- Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (NQF level 7) in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development or equivalent qualification
- A postgraduate qualification at (NQF level 8), specializing in Management, Business, Leadership will be an added advantage
- Minimum ten (10) years’ relevant experience in Human Resources
- Management discipline of which 5 years are at management level
- Code B driving license
