Swakop Uranium is recruiting an Officer: Remuneration & Benefits, to be based in Swakopmund, Namibia.
Description
  • To provide, execute and maintain Employee Benefits and HR administration in accordance with the relevant policies and procedures by maintaining best practices, processes and systems in order to contribute to the effective and efficiency of the remuneration section
Duties
  • Perform, maintain and update all disability claims and death benefit administration requirements for SU employees, such as Provident Fund and Social Security
  • Submit provident fund withdrawal forms of all exits to the Provident Fund
  • Liaise with the Provident Fund and Social Security with regards to terminations and assist employees accordingly
  • Liaise with external stakeholders with regards to disability claims
  • Upload, maintain and update SAP Personnel Administration (PA) Master Data and ensure changes are effected immediately
Requisites
  • Grade 12 with 20 points over 5 subjects
  • Degree in Human Resources Management
  • SAP Personnel Administration (PA) experience
  • 3 years’ working experience in HR administration and employee benefits
  • Valid Code B/BE Driver’s License
