Old Mutual is recruiting an Administrator (Temporary), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- Preparing static data templates and information for system migration submission
- Update and maintain accurate fund and static data, records, and systems
- Document preparation and administrative liaison functions, such as preparing member benefit quotations, administration reports, annual reviews, and new member certificates
- Ensure service level agreements and key performance indicators are adhered to
- Provide administrative support to new and existing Annuitants
- Administer Participating Employers and Members information
- Perform general office administration and related functions
- Implementing Annual Reviews on Participating Employers under an umbrella scheme
- Loading of Interest rates on the administration system
- Updating of Beneficiary Nomination details
- Annuitant Certificate of Existence and PAYE5 assistance with member suspensions
- Preparing Scheme Rate split templates for submission for scheme migration
- Preparing member pension fund build ups
Requisites
- Namibian citizenship
- Grade 12
- Experience in the retirement fund administration will be an advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office applications and spreadsheet proficiency is essential
- Analytical skills are essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong data management skills & experience with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining professional
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- A passion for customer service and relationship building
