Duties
- To provide a professional recruitment service to the business, with the aim of improving recruitment timelines in the most cost-effective and consistent manner to maximize staffing levels
Requisites
- Relevant Human Resources Diploma or Degree (NQF 7)
- Code 08 Driver’s License
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Ms Word, Excel, Ms PowerPoint)
- Three (3) years of HR-related experience, preferably in recruitment
- Knowledge and application of HR Policies, Procedures, Processes, Systems and Namibian Legislation
- Knowledge of Paterson Job Evaluation system and job Description writing will be an added advantage
- Strong leadership skills
- Customer focus with the ability to guide and advise employees at all levels
- Ability to interpret organisational climate and application of policies and procedures to a given situation
- Ability to deliver under pressure and to operate in an ambiguous environment
