NTA is recruiting a Centre Manager, in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- To manage and provide leadership to the Vocational Training Centre in order to deliver quality training and related services in line with the NTA’s Strategic Plan and the identified needs of stakeholders
Duties
- Reporting to: Chief Operations Officer
- Institutional Leadership – Assume responsibility for the management of the Centre and its Hotel School
- Financial Management – Assume responsibility for annual budget and funding allocations
- Quality of Vocational Training – Oversee compliance to national standards of Vocational Education and Training
- Stakeholder Management – Maintain sound relations with NTA/Government/industry stakeholders
- Administration – Assume responsibility for all required reports and reviews
- Staff Management- Developing and maintaining man power to achieve centers objective
Requisites
- An Honors’ Degree in Education or equivalent qualification at (NQF Level 8)
- A Technical Diploma (NQF Level 6)
- Ten (10) years’ technical experience of which five (5) years’ is on middle management
- Leadership and Management Skills
- Communication and Networking Skills
- Sound Interpersonal Relations
- Computer Literacy
