Description

Duties

- Responsible for the Financial Intelligence Act (“FIA”) compliance of the firm
- Ensure compliance to Namibian Anti-Money Laundering Legislation
- Assist with compliance to PwC’s client on-boarding (Know your client) process
- Monitoring of existing clients’ compliance with laws and audit independence rules
- Reporting non-compliance with external Laws and Regulations or Internal Policies and Procedures
- Assist in monitoring compliance with PwC’s Global Network Standards
Requisites
- Must be a Namibian Citizen
- LLB/BCom Law Degree or completed legal articles
- 2-3 Years work experience
- Strong administration skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office and the Google Suite of products
