GIPF is recruiting a Client Services Consultant, to be based in Oshakati, Namibia.
Duties
- To provide support, information and problem-solving services to clients
- Key Performance Areas:
- Deal with complaints of members/pensioners dependents
- Provide general information services
- Ensure that client complaints are handled and effective feedback is established
- Provide documentation assistance services
- Pre-verity claims/documents received and transit them for further processing
- Receive and register documents
- Provide client after care service
- Assist various units doing processing work such as annuities, death claims etc.
- Perform data updates
- Biometrics enrolments and verification
- Member education and data integrity
- Miscellaneous tasks
- Innovation and personal development
Requisites
- Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance or Marketing from a recognized Institution
- Three (3) years’ experience working experience in a Retirement Fund Industry of which one (1) year is in a client services role
- The incumbent should have the following knowledge, skills and Attributes:
- Knowledge of:
- Pension fund rules, regulations, policies and procedures; Records Management; Fraudulent documents; different cultures and languages
- Skills:
- Computer literacy; administration skills; filling; interpersonal skills; listening, verbal communication; problem solving; checking and verification, numeric, prioritizing query resolution and customer user service
- Personal Attributes:
- Accountable; team orientated; accurate, attention to detail, helpful, service oriented, high stress tolerance, patient, sense of urgent, and integrity
