Duties
- Managing, developing and aligning a team of dynamic people
- Develop strategic targets to ensure sustainable growth of the branch
- Developing and managing key accounts
- Building and maintaining strong customer relations
- Research and understand customers' markets, customer issues, competition, and opportunities
- Growing the value of the company’s' solutions to the customer
- Consistently bringing the business justified solutions to address the customers' key priorities
Requisites
- Grade 12
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business Management or Logistics would be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a combination of Clearing and
Forwarding, Logistics, Cross border/corridor
- Proven experience and skills in business development
- Excellent communication skills
- Above average organisational skills
- Proficiency in English
- Computer literacy on MS Office
- Namibian citizenship; and
- Travelling will be a requirement
