Description
  • Division: Procurement
  • Department: Finance
  • Primary purpose of position
  • To timely procure the correct goods and services for NamPost at the best quality, and price, and ensure compliance with the procurement policy
Duties
  • Develop NamPost’s Annual Procurement Plan
  • Implement and ensure compliance to NamPost Procurement policy
  • Procurement Advisory Services
  • Manage Procurement Administration
  • Coordinate the Procurement Committee Functions
  • Stakeholder Management (internal and external)
  • Manage Procurement Division staff
Requisites
  • Educational and experience requirements
  • Accredited B degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or Logistics
  • 5 years’ experience in supply chain management and / or procurement management environment of which 2 years at supervisory level
  • Skills and Personality requirements:
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Computer Literate
