Nampost is recruiting a Senior Payment Analyst: Digital Channel, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- Responsible to manage and oversee all digital banking channels of NamPost Savings Bank (NSB) end to end. To optimizing returns, and managing administrative processes and regulatory and industry standards and compliance. To advise and guide both operational and strategic direction of NSB’s digital channels
Duties
- Digital Channels Strategies and Profitability
- Digital Channels Administration
- Management of Regulatory Compliance and Risk Environment for Digital Channels
- Digital Channels Development Projects
- Stakeholder Engagement Effectiveness
Requisites
- Educational and experience requirements:
- A degree from a recognized tertiary/academic institution linked with a
minimum of 3-years relevant experience in the digital financial services space or a diploma from a recognized tertiary institution with min 5-years relevant banking experience
- Skills and Knowledge requirements:
- Understanding of the Namibian banking landscape and all payment
components
- Solid understanding of Mobile banking, Cellphone banking, Internet
banking and USSD applications and technologies
- Understanding and application of regulatory and processes integration
requirements and standards across financial services/Understanding risk and controls within the digital channels space, and its mitigation
- Analytical skills Personality requirements
- The person should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, passionate about service delivery and customer satisfaction. He/she must have a sound technical background and s/he should be proactive and keep abreast of the latest technological developments in banking with an emphasis on digital channels
- Other: Code B driver’s license
