Hollard is recruiting a Claims Administrator JNR, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- Main function of the Role:
- To process claim payments and/or claim registrations accurately and timeously
- Key Performance Areas of the Role:
- Register newly reported claims; or
- Process claims payments
- Perform premium confirmation checks
- Customer service
- Liaise with external claims adjusters where relevant
- Liaise with Service Providers
- Liaise with Claimant and/or Broker
- Attend to telephone, written and personal queries
- Assume responsibility for your own technical and personal development
Requisites
- Minimum requirements knowledge and experience:
- Matric (25 points or more)
- 1 Year insurance experience in will be an advantage
- Other skills required:
- Communication (Oral & Written)
- Computer Literacy (MS Office Applications, email)
- Attention to detail
