Engen is recruiting a Customer Experience & Digital Solutions Specialist (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- To assist in developing and managing the customer experience strategy to ensure consistent delivery of a differentiated customer experience that leads to increased loyalty, volume and convenience growth and to provide support to the Marketing & Convenience department with internal and external communication, performance outcomes and reporting related to design of standard advertising material, content generation for newsletters, publications, social media platforms, and digital platforms
Duties
- Analyze consumer market trends to inform the development of strategies that enhance the customer experience and targeted marketing and communications
- Gather, classify and analyze customer merchandising data from a variety of sources to identify trends, competitive forces, segmentation strategies, potential market channel analysis and create value adding insights for use by the related marketing teams such as utilizing consumer insights to inform the refinement of the fuel and convenience strategy
- Develop and maintain a dynamic customer segmentation model that assists field staff in developing regional and site-specific business plans including but not limited to consumer buying occasion segmentation, customer insights
- Digital and communications content development, including but not limited to the development and maintenance of website, intranet and newsletters
- Implement social media campaign strategies to be represented across a plethora of mediums
- Creative media in terms of design and layout of artwork
- Automated innovation and special projects management
Requisites
- 5 Years experience Sales and Marketing
- 3 Years experience in Consumer Analysis and Digital Innovation
- 2 Years experience in managing Social Media Platforms
- Experience in graphic design
- NQF 6 Diploma in Marketing/Communications/Media Studies/Statistics or any equivalent qualification
- All qualifications must be verified by the Namibian Qualification Authority (NQA)
- Conditions of Employment
- Must have a valid drivers license
