Gondwana Collection is recruiting a Maintenance Manager Vacancy (m/f), to be based in Namibia.
Requisites
- 5 Years Maintenance Manager experience
- Responsible to manage all maintenance aspects of the lodge, both reactive and preventative
- Demonstrate environmental awareness, cost efficiency, health and safety measures
- Manage maintenance schedules and budgetary goals
- Sound technical understanding of electrical and plumbing systems
- Strong planning, record keeping and communication, leadership skills
- Ownership of landscaping and equipment condition and appearance
- Valid Drivers Licenses
- Valid References
- Willing to live remotely
