Old Mutual is recruiting an Organizational Effectiveness Specialist (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- We have an exciting and challenging Organizational Effectiveness Specialist position in the Human Capital division. This role is accountable for organization-wide efforts to increase overall organization effectiveness as well as the development and implementation of a strategy for the provision of talent in the business. The role reports to the Human Capital Executive
- Executing and leading the Old Mutual organizational development and efficiency strategy, framework and methodology (culture transformation, strategic change, employee engagement, talent and performance management)
- Executes and drives the organizational culture and employee engagement journey
- Designs Talent Development Plans through various strategies and initiatives
- Develops and implements core competencies and attitudes for change management
- Implement and monitor change management plans that maximize employee adoption, usage and minimize resistance to change to achieve desired business outcomes
- Apply the change and project management methodologies that will manage the impact on people and the business
- Supporting the team with HR practices
- Supports Learning & Development function with the development of training through Training Needs Analysis and other initiatives
- Work collaboratively with HR partners, business leaders and other team members to assess organizational opportunities and design human capital solutions that achieve business outcomes
Requisites
- Namibian Citizenship
- Bachelor Degree in Behavioural Science (Industrial Psychology/Human Resources/Organisational Development)
- Specializing in organizational effectiveness/engagement/development will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 4 - 6 years' experience in an HR environment
- Strategic HR management and development experience with a focus on procedures, systems and compliance in talent, succession, performance management, employee engagement and organizational development
- Sound knowledge of HR procedures, policies, & statutory requirements
- Creative & innovative with strong strategy development ability
- Pro-activeness
- Sound knowledge, experience and understanding of psychometric assessments
- A team player
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; and Effective Project management skills
