City of Windhoek is recruiting an Officer: Protection Services (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- To provide safety and security services of revenue, staff, clients, visitors and the entire organizations property and control access
- Key Performance Areas:
- Perform the protective security duties
- Conduct patrols to ensure that safety & security personnel adhere to Service Level Agreements
- Assist with the administrative functions pertaining to logistics, technical, transportation and stock control
- Insist and maintain electronic security systems
- Conduct preliminary internal security investigations
Requisites
- Grade 12 or (equivalent qualification) on NQA L4 with a minimum of two (2) years experience
- A valid code B/BE driver’s license
- Pre-appointment training as an added advantage: Basic Police training certificate/basic computer certificate/electronic security certificate
