Electrician (m/f)

Duties

• Paratus Telecommunications currently has a vacancy for an Electrician
• The position entails the following:
• Construction (electrical and mechanical) of new sites
• Maintenance and repair of existing sites (electrical, mechanical and environmental)
• Monitoring and response of new and existing sites
• Evaluation and expansion of existing sites
• Highly independent
• Ability to make rapid independent decisions
• Willing to work out of town for long periods of time
• Able to converse in both English and Afrikaans

Requisites

• N3 with Electrical trade test
• Code BE drivers license
• Basic computer literacy
• DC power and mechanical experience will be an added advantage
