Duties
- Manage Switchboard
- Receiving of Incoming Calls
- Message taking
- Greeting visitors and customers
- Handling customer queries/problems
- Maintaining Equipment
- General Administration
- To uphold and promote the company values and culture
Requisites
- Grade 12 Skills: Working with people (Team player)
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Multi-functional orientation/working across functions
- Experience: At least one year’s experience as Receptionist - 1 year
- 1 – 2 years office administration/clerical support experience 1 year Basic computer skills - 0 year
- Competencies: Delivering Results and meeting customer expectations
- Following instructions and Procedures
- Integrity and credibility
