Old Mutual is recruiting a Temporary Call Centre Agent (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- Following standardized processes and provides administrative support in line with normal business functioning
- Delivering on daily standards
- Takes inbound and make outbound calls, handling website, on-line enquiries and complaints and shares relevant information
- Provide quality service and client care
- Finalizes call or on-line enquiry and complaint at point of contact where possible
- Accountable for service delivery through own efforts, and to retain business
- Administering client information
- Handling all general queries
- Performing general office functions
- Providing an indirect service to customers and intermediaries
- Taking responsibility for client experience
- Accepts and lives the company values
Requisites
- Namibian citizen
- A minimum qualification of Grade 12 with a minimum of 25 points
- Minimum 2 years work experience in Call Center or Customer Care Centre
- Computer literate
- Business writing skills
- Excellent client care orientation
- Excellent telephone demeanor and communication skills
- Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Fluent in local vernacular languages will be advantageous
- A very sound knowledge of Individual Life or Group Schemes products and mainframe competence (Life) would be advantageous
