Description
- Agribank specializes in financing the entire value chain from land acquisition, production inputs, harvesting, transporting, processing and marketing of the products at competitive interest rates

- Purpose of the Position:To provide support to the branch staffs and manager by performing clerical and administrative tasks as well as supervising and coordinating other support functions for the branch to function efficiently
Duties
- Front Office, including Reception Duties
- General Office Administration (i.e. enquiries, secretarial services, database management and archiving)
- Travel Arrangements and Procurement
- Events Organizing and Co-ordination
- Meeting Minute taking and Planning
- Typing of Letters and related correspondences
- Administrative support to Branch Staff
Requisites
- Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience Requirements
- Diploma in Secretarial, Office Management or Administration
- 3 years’ work experience after qualifying, with at least 1 year in clerical or secretarial roles
- Computer literacy (MS Word,Excel,Outlook), Energetic and presentable
