Bokomo is recruiting an Administrator: Sales Operations (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- Reporting to the Head: Sales Operations and Channel Development, the incumbent will be required to:
- Ensure execution of internal and external sales communication to relevant stakeholders. This includes, but is not limited to Mail, Sales Tool (eg. MacMobile), Whatsapp and other tools
- Provide support, administration and maintenance of the Sales Field Office Tool
- Responsible for cooler management, including but not limited to, cooler placement, contract management and administration, cooler audit, as well as cooler repairs and replacements
- Sales reporting function by setting up of standard and ad hoc reports as required on BI, Excel or any other format
- Responsible for SAP & MacMobile data maintenance
- Support Telesales if and when required
- Support reception if and when required
- Full administration support for Sales Operations and Field Sales
- Work in close co-operation with Field Sales, Sales Operations and Demand Chain Departments to ensure high customer service levels
Requisites
- Certificate or Diploma in Commerce, Marketing or Sales
- At least three (3) years’ experience in Key Account or Sales Administration in the FMCG environment
- Excellent communications skills
- Excellent organizational and supervisory skills
- Code B Namibian driver’s license
- Computer literate
- SAP experience will be a definite requirement
