Description
- The main job function is to formulate, develop and execute key growth sales strategies for the Business Area, through sales teams to ensure annual sales targets are achieved. This is a managerial role reporting to the Executive Officer Metropolitan Retail
Duties
- Develop Sales Strategy and Build People Capability Plan
- Provide clear direction on Business Area Strategic Plan
- Manage allocated sales budget and High Risk Financial Issues
- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships and Seizing Opportunities
- Define fair and innovative client services practices
- Embed a high Performing and Ethical Culture
Requisites
- 7 - 10 years’ experience in a sales environment (essential)
- 3 - 5 years’ people management experience (essential)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce Field or any business related disciplines
- Experience in financial services industry (essential)
- Exposure to IFA development and portfolio management (desirable)
