Executive: Internal Audit (m/f)

Duties

• To develop, refine, lead and manage a comprehensive Internal Audit function able to address and maintain internal audit processes, analyses, reports and recommendations at strategic organizational level as well as an operational compliance level. Direct, lead the internal audit services and develop the internal audit strategy and annual audit plan and giving intermittent and a comprehensive, weighed and analyzed annual audit opinion as to the relative adequacy of the control(s) environment
• Furthermore, to enable the company to systematically and comprehensively ascertain the reliability of processes, management information, and review compliance to policies, plans, procedures, laws and regulations pertaining to and across all divisions of NamPost, including PostFin, and to advise on remedies and improvements

Requisites

• Degree typically Finance, or Risk related, with Internal Audit as major. Post-graduate formal qualifications or certification in internal audit or risk management with a minimum of 7 years internal audit or relevant early career finance experience with at least 2 years heading the internal audit function in a corporate environment
• Membership with Institute of Internal Auditors (membership of Institute of Risk Managers will be an added advantage)
